Phone Consultation
We start with a phone consultation to better understand your needs. We'll dive into your timeline, your goal with hiring a stager, and timeline to get started.
In Person Walkthrough
Should we decide there's a mutual fit, we'll schedule an in-person walkthrough of your property where I take pictures, and measurements for optimal furniture placement.
Proposal & Schedule
After the walkthrough, you'll receive a staging proposal which includes the contract and link to pay. A 55% deposit is required upon signing, with 45% due on staging day. Staging will be scheduled after your deposit is paid and then the magic happens!
